The agreement, in plain language.

Aurum is an independent online research service. In these terms, "Aurum," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the individual responsible for the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, as set out in Section 12.

Aurum is run by an individual, not a registered company. If the service is later provided through a registered entity, that entity's details will be published in this section and it will become the contracting party in place of the individual.

Aurum publishes educational research on the futures markets, including daily market briefs and (on paid tiers) intraday trading signals on gold (GC) and silver (SI) futures. The full service description is on the homepage and methodology page.

We provide signals as general market commentary. We do not provide personal investment advice. See the risk disclosure for the full scope of what Aurum is and is not.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Aurum. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential. Any activity under your credentials is your responsibility.

One person, one account. Sharing access, reselling signals, or republishing them to a wider audience without a written license from us is a breach of these terms.

Paid tiers (Standard, Pro) are sold as monthly or annual access, paid in advance in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, NOWPayments. We do not accept cards or fiat. Prices are listed on the pricing section in U.S. dollars and are converted to the crypto amount at the time you pay each invoice.

There is no stored payment method and no automatic renewal. Each period is paid by a separate crypto invoice. To keep access, pay a new invoice before the current period ends; if you do not, access pauses when the paid period ends. There is nothing to cancel: access simply lapses if you stop paying.

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription, refunded in the same cryptocurrency you paid with; you bear the network fees and any exchange-rate movement between payment and refund. After 7 days, paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change prices for future periods. The price shown when you pay an invoice is the price for that period.

You agree not to:

• Share your account, API keys, or signal content with anyone outside your single user
• Republish signals (including in Discord, Telegram, Twitter, or any other public or paid channel) without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary strategy logic
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise programmatically extract content beyond what the documented API permits
• Use Aurum to provide regulated investment advice to third parties
• Use Aurum if doing so is illegal under the law of your residence or place of business

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. Repeat or serious breaches forfeit any unused portion of a paid subscription.

The Aurum strategy, codebase, signals (as published), site content, design, and trade marks are owned by us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use signals for your own trading. Nothing else transfers.

You retain ownership of any trade you place. We do not claim ownership of your account, positions, or profits.

Aurum signals and content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the strategy will be profitable, that signals will be delivered without delay, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Past performance, including backtest results, does not guarantee future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of Aurum is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or lost goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

You expressly acknowledge that you are responsible for your own trading losses. We did not place the trade; you did.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your trading activity, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to access signals ends; the disclaimers, IP, and liability sections survive.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date of the new terms is acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the effective date.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of Aurum, are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

The courts of Lebanon have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to that jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, and each party bears its own costs.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country of residence.
